wtf do i have to do to get these legs :(
I haven’t been on in ages.
My progress has been.. alright i suppose.
But it’s going so slowly and I keep giving into temptation.
I feel so weak.
I have completely let myself go the past week or so, and I feel so fucking disappointed in myself.
This calls for a weekly meal plan. I need to get back on track.
wednesday / breakfast: apple and/or banana.
recess: babybel cheese, cheese and biscuits.
lunch: apple and/or banana and/or kiwi fruit. optional- cookies.
dinner: vanilla yoghurt, two/three boiled eggs.
thursday / breakfast: 2 x pumpkin seed toast with vegemite - limit butter.
recess: babybel cheese, cheese and biscuits and/or kiwi fruit.
lunch: apple and/or banana and/or kiwi fruit. NO cookies or extra food from friends.
dinner: vanilla yoghurt, tomato soup.
friday / breakfast: apple and/or banana.
recess: babybel cheese, cheese and biscuits.
lunch: apple and/or banana and/or kiwi fruit, sweet chilli chicken roll.
dinner: vanilla yoghurt, two/three poached eggs.
saturday / breakfast: 2/3 x pumkin seed toast with vegemite - limit butter.
lunch: UNKNOWN, eat limited, and only healthy/organic food at cousin’s babyshower.
dinner: vanilla yoghurt - surprise meal, choose on the day.
sunday / breakfast: apple and/or banana.
lunch: apple and/or banana and/or garlic, butter and cheese pasta.
dinner: vanilla yoghurt, two/three boiled eggs.
monday / breakfast: apple and/or banana.
recess: babybel cheese, cheese and biscuits.
lunch: apple and/or banana and/or kiwi fruit. optional- cookies.
dinner: vanilla yoghurt, vegemite roll and/or pumpkin seed toast.
tuesday / breakfast: apple and/or banana.
recess: babybel cheese, cheese and biscuits.
lunch: apple and/or banana and/or kiwi fruit. NO extra food from friends.
dinner: vanilla yoghurt, tomato soup and/or apple.
stay strong. resist extra food. eliminate fat. exercise every night. feel good.
Just burned 500 calories on the treadmill, and I feel fucking awesome.
